Important 1st week information
REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN ALL ATHLETICS/ACTIVITIES:
DragonFly MAX: Prior to the beginning of the first day of practice, students and parents must complete their Consent/Medical Release Form and Concussion Form online with DragonFly MAX. Parents and athletes need to create an account that gives them access to all forms and allows for up-to-the-minute scheduling updates during their sport's seasons.
PHYSICALS: The Physical Form can now be uploaded directly into DragonFly MAX. The title on the top of each page indicates which location to upload the forms. Physicals must be dated after May 1st to count towards the 2020-2021 school year. If you have any questions please email our athletic trainer, Kerianne Fuller, at Thank you!
REQUIRED FEES FOR PARTICIPATION IN ALL ATHLETICS/ACTIVITIES:
Activity Fee $35: Students must pay their Participation Fee of $35 for each activity they will be participating in throughout the school year.
Student Activity Ticket $25: All students in MHSA activities including music, speech, and theater are required to purchase a $25 activity ticket which allows entrance into all regular season athletic contests. For maximum benefit of required purchase of activity tickets, students are encouraged to purchase the activity ticket at the start of school to be used at all regular season football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, and wrestling contests.
Spirit Pack Fee $30: Spirit packs are clothing items that identify you as a member of the team and can be used for practice gear or travel. Each program determines if a spirit pack is required, purchased through the school or directly from the vendor.
Fees will only be collected online this year. Pay early and expedite your check-in process by clicking HERE. Coaches will have a list of all who have paid this way at Thursday's check-in but please still bring your receipt to check-in for proof. Any athletes that have not paid at check-in will be given a few days before extra conditioning is added. Please check with the athletic director's office for information on spirit pack scholarships that are available.
-For any players who have not yet checked out equipment, helmets only will be issued to all new players and freshmen on Thursday evening during check-in and the rest of the equipment will be handed out on Monday before and after practice by Coach Bennett.
Remember!! Each player must complete 12 days of practice before he is eligible to play in a game. Not having the required forms or missing a day of practice for any reason will render a player ineligible for our season opener vs Helena Capital.
