The Wolfpack Football Program
The Wolfpack Football Program has enjoyed tremendous success on the field. However, those accomplishments are simply the by-product of a program intentionally built around a much greater purpose: helping young men close the gap between who they are today and the incredible, God-given potential they possess to become the very best version of themselves. At the heart of the Wolfpack Football Program is a commitment to developing young men of character. Winning games is important, but developing leaders, servants, and men of integrity is the true measure of success.
Our Mission Statement and Program Goals:

To intentionally create a culture that provides our student-athletes with the best possible experience, equipping them with the character, work ethic, and life skills needed to compete and succeed in every area of life.

Coach Grady Bennett, the only head coach in the history of the Wolfpack Football Program, has been recognized with numerous coaching honors throughout his career. Yet he would be the first to say that those awards are merely a by-product of his true calling: meeting young men where they are and helping them become men of character.
When asked, "How do you think the team will be this year?" Coach Bennett often responds, "I'll tell you in 20 years." That answer reflects the program's deepest belief—that the ultimate measure of success isn't found in wins and losses, but in the kind of husbands, fathers, employees, business owners, leaders, and citizens these young men become long after their playing days are over.

The Glacier Wolfpack Football Program is, without a doubt, the greatest experience I have ever been a part of. This brotherhood is unlike anything else a person can experience in high school. It isn't just about football—it's about becoming part of something much bigger than yourself. As an 8th grader and freshman, you begin to understand what this program is truly about. Coach Bennett must have said it hundreds of times over those four years: "I couldn't care less about wins and losses. I'd rather worry about the young man you're going to become." Another phrase we heard often was, "How's this year's team going to be? I'll tell you in 20 years."
Foundation: Love, Value, Character
Coach Bennett has built something far greater than a football program. He has built a culture founded on brotherhood, love, gratitude, servant leadership, accountability, and excellence. Yes, football is about winning. Scoreboards matter. But it's remarkable how rarely our coaches actually talk about winning. Instead, they teach us to trust the process. Through Pack Strength, servant leadership jobs, community involvement, and treating every person with dignity and respect, they've taught us that success is built through daily habits and small decisions. As football players, it's easy to think we're the most important people in school. Coach Bennett never allowed us to think that way. He taught us to treat every student, teacher, custodian, official, opponent, and community member with the same respect we would want ourselves. That is what separates this program...
